Happy New Year!

Well it's a new year and with it comes new and exciting news from the Dams & T's!

We had a lovely holiday and we hope you all received our annual ridiculous video Christmas card! If not, here it is again!

And we're ringing in the new year by working on a new full-length album!
We are happy to be back at work at the lovely Comp-NY recording studios in Burbank! We are pleased as punch to be working with Paul Smith and we can't wait until it's finished, but until then, here's some proof of the fun we had in the studio!

After our long and strenuous days at the studio, we decided to wind down with a spontaneous and now famous dance, The Buffington Shuffle, created and taught to us by Mike (Buff Shuff) Escamillo, (ESKO).
If you want to learn, just watch...

We also made some more progress with the Man Like You music video shoot which we will hopefully screen somewhere and have some sort of fun-tastic premiere event which we'll let you know about soon!

We are also very happy to announce some great shows coming up!

We are playing at the Soda Bar in San Diego on Sunday Jan 22nd
with The Very & Stella Donna And The Ravens.

Then on Feb 15th we'll be back in action at Harvard & Stone in Hollywood!

And finally on Feb 25th we'll be performing at the NEW Saguaro Hotel at the "Shake Your Groove Thang Party" as part of the
2012 Palm Springs Modernism Week.    Buy your tickets HERE!

Autumn News!

Happy Autumn Everyone!

We've been gearing up for some really special shows that are coming up really soon so we just wanted to take a quick minute to tell you about them!

First off, we're super excited to announce that we'll be playing THIS Thursday at The Return of Murder Ballads, a tribute to timeless songs about killers, scorned lovers, & evil doers.
Hosted by The New L.A. Folk Festival, L.A. Record, & Grand Ole Echo.
Oct 20, 2011. Doors open at 8pm. Be seated by 8:45pm. Seats are first come, first served.
Echoplex – 1154 Glendale Blvd

Then next Friday, October 28th, we will return to our old stomping grounds to play with our good friend Judson McKinney at his October Residency at Casey's Irish Pub in downtown LA!

Naive Thieves are also playing! The show is free and will start around 9pm.

Then, if all that weren't enough,  on Saturday October 29th at 8pm, we're inviting you to see us perform at Lost Moon Radio's current, brand-new live show, Roger Wodehouse's Androgymnasium!

We will be kicking off the show with one of our regular Damselle-style sets, and then after Lost Moon Radio, we will then drop some acid, transition ourselves to the year 1973 (or 1939) and perform the 3rd best selling album of all time, Dark Side Of The Moon, by Pink Floyd. You really won't want to miss this one. It will truly be the ultimate Halloween show!

Roger Wodehouse's Androgymnasium, a full-length staging of a long lost, highly controversial, glam rock BBC children's program, is NOW PLAYING. Come experience the music, comedy, and sexual fluidity in person EVERY SATURDAY NIGHT IN OCTOBER at Café-Club Fais Do-Do. Grab your tickets while they're still available!

That's all for now, but stay tuned for more news from us!
